There is currently one permanent Senior Dietitian, part time post (17.5 hours/week),

based in the Clonskeagh Campus covering Dublin South and Wicklow Community

Healthcare Network 1 (CHN1) Baggot Street / Sandymount / Ranelagh / Donnybrook/

Irishtown Primary Care Teams

This post will have an adult caseload

A panel will be formed as a result of this campaign for Dietitian, Senior (Primary Care)

Dublin South and Wicklow from which current and future, permanent and specified

purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

These primary care posts may be based in the Community Healthcare Networks with

mixed paediatric and adult caseloads as required or in the Integrated Care Hubs for

Chronic Disease providing diabetes, diabetes prevention and weight management

care."

"Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in the delivery of dietetic services in the

management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity,

malnutrition and nutrition support, in paediatrics and adults as relevant to the role.

Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in the application of lifestyle behaviour

change techniques, as relevant to the role.

Depth and breadth of experience of working with a paediatric caseload and have relevant

experience to be able to discharge the duties under distant supervision in a primary care

setting."
