Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Tech Services Engineer to join the Maintenance Programs team at Europe's Largest Airline Group This is an exciting opportunity as we plan to expand our fleet to 800 aircraft and serve 300 million passengers within the next 10 years.

The successful candidate will report to the Maintenance Programs Manager. This is a desk-based role based in our Engineering Office in Dublin.

Responsibilities
  1. Review of the Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) and Maintenance Review Board (MRB) to ensure accurate implementation into Ryanair's Group Maintenance Program for B737NG/8200/A320/CL 3500 fleets.
  2. Ensure the maintenance program is optimized to maintain high safety levels, excellent dispatch reliability, and to mitigate operational impacts of in-service defects.
  3. Work in accordance with Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) and company manual procedures.
  4. Review Heavy Maintenance findings and identify solutions for recurring issues.
  5. Submit and obtain Aviation Authority approval for Ryanair's Group Maintenance Programs when required.
  6. Develop detailed reports to support program optimization.
  7. Provide input to the Industry Steering Committee regarding ongoing MRB/MPD optimization.
  8. Perform additional duties as delegated by the Maintenance Program Manager.
Requirements
  1. Relevant Engineering Degree or EASA Part 66 maintenance license.
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in a Technical Services / CAMO role or Engine MRO.
  3. Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO, and Part 145 regulations.
  4. Technical knowledge of Boeing 737 systems and/or Airbus 320 experience is advantageous.
  5. Knowledge of MSG-3 & Maintenance Program optimization methodologies (e.g., SASMO, OPTIMA) is a plus.
  6. Good knowledge of EASA regulatory requirements.
  7. Proficiency with AMOS is preferable.
  8. Excellent communication skills, with experience in technical documentation.
  9. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
