All our trailers and cranes are designed and customised by our team of experienced engineers.

This role is a key hire for our Assembly Department. As an Assembly Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring our trailers are finished to the highest standard at our manufacturing facility. This role includes managing a team of 5-7 and will also require you to be hands-on in the assembly bay.

This role will include working with various materials and tasks including wheels, axles, rams, plumbing with nylon hose, wiring and fitting pre-made looms, and assembling pre-manufactured parts. This role is variable in that it covers a wide range of tasks assembling only the highest quality well-known brands like WABCO, SAF, BPW & Michelin. Training on these brands will also be offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all health and safety statements, regulations and matters that the role involves.
  • Manage your own time effectively, motivate the team, and communicate clearly with other departments.
