We are hiring for the role of Air Export Agent for a global logistics Company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading sales team with excellent career progression opportunities.

The Air Export Agent will serve in an operations capacity, responsible for processing export shipments including accompanying export documentation.

Major duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Track and trace shipments, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Prepare and process all shipment documentation, including air waybills and customs forms.
  • Enter data accurately and promptly into the operating system.
  • Dispatch freight and coordinate logistics operations efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, global offices, and colleagues.
  • Monitor reports and ensure accurate, timely client billing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with service providers like airlines and trucking firms.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and complete 52 hours of annual training.

Qualifications

  • Effective interpersonal skills – including the ability to listen, comprehend and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
  • Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient computer skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
