Due to immense growth, our client is currently searching for a new Air Export Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working as part of a team in coordinating all associated operational and administrative processes within the area of exports of the Air Freight division.
RESPONSIBILITIES |
You will liaise with customers and stakeholders including warehouse teams, haulage agents and airlines, and coordinate the shipment bookings through to arrival and payment, ensuring operational and administrative processes are completed within the division, ensuring the company's high standard of customer service are upheld.Export Customs ClearancePutting into practise your knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation SecurityInvoicing customers and processing of invoicesREQUIREMENTS |
Minimum 2 years' experience within Air Freight Export operationsKnowledge and experience of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Aviation Cargo SecurityAbility to multitask within a busy environmentGood communication skills and effective planning and monitoring skillsExcellent customer service and communication skills via email and callsAbility to complete 5-year background checkAbility to complete remote weekend duties based on business requirements 1 in 3 weeksWHAT'S NEXT? |
