Our client, a multi-award-winning Events and Experiential Marketing Agency based in South Dublin, is seeking a talented and driven Account Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to delivering unforgettable brand experiences for their clients. The company crafts powerful, immersive moments for a wide range of clients, from household names to emerging brands, through high-impact launch events, nationwide roadshows, in-store activations, and tech-powered experiential campaigns.

We are looking for a hands-on Account Director to join our client\'s leadership team. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, overseeing strategic campaigns, and guiding internal teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences.

Location: South Dublin | Hybrid | Flex

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Developing and executing strategic direction for key client accounts.
  • Cultivating and nurturing lasting relationships with senior-level stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for account expansion.
  • Leading, inspiring, and mentoring account teams.
  • Overseeing the flawless execution of marketing strategies and experiential activations.
  • Managing budgets, financial reporting, and profitability analysis for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal creative, strategic, and execution teams.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and proactively advising clients.
  • Participating in agency pitches.
Who We\'re Looking For
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management within experiential, events, or related fields.
  • A proven track record of managing senior client relationships and driving business growth.
  • A strategic mindset with strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and developing teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing substantial budgets.
  • Passion for experiential marketing, brand activation, and emerging industry trends.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
