This role is instrumental in securing new business by crafting persuasive, high-quality proposals and tender responses that reflect our values, capabilities, and commitment to client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bid writing, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute effectively to our business development goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and analyse tender documentation and requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Write, edit, and format bid proposals in accordance with client specifications.
  • Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct post-bid reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bid writing.
  • Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in bid writing or proposal development (typically 2-5 years).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Facilities Management Industry is an advantage
  • Experience with proposal management software and tools.
  • Certification in proposal writing or related credentials.
  • Competitive based on Experience.
  • Hybrid Working
