Credit Agricole Credit Insurance (CACI) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join our Risk Management team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to the effective implementation of the risk management framework and internal control systems.

This role will support transversally the Chief Risk Officer, the Operational Risk Officer, and the Senior Risk Manager in managing operational, investment, and underwriting risks.

Responsibilities
  1. Risk Identification: Comprehensive identification and assessment of risks in accordance with Solvency II and CAA standards. Contribute to issuing risk opinions on significant business and operational developments.
  2. Risk Controlling: Implementation of the risk management framework at the level of operational policies, processes, and procedures, according to CAA risk management standards. Maintenance of an effective internal control framework to prevent, detect operational incidents, and manage risk levels. Ensure adherence to the Risk Appetite framework and provide recommendations to strengthen the control environment.
  3. Operational Incidents: Ensure a quick and effective response to operational incidents. Track remediation actions and report outstanding incidents to management and governance bodies of CACI and CAA Risk Management.
  4. Risk Reporting: Report on risk management activities to management and governance bodies. Collect and report internal controls of CACI on both internal and outsourced activities. Maintain and improve the risk dashboard for relevance and depth.
