Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Branch Banking
Job Type: Permanent
Job Location: Dublin (onsite)

PTSB is seeking individuals looking to build a career in Retail Banking. As a Customer Service Advisor in our branches, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer in-branch experience is as seamless and efficient as possible. Your primary focus will be to engage with our customers on the use of self-service machines and address any queries or issues they may have.

Your Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to promote the use of self-service machines.
  • Assist customers with using the machines and answer any questions.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to the self-service machines.
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience by providing support and guidance.
  • Address additional customer service queries as required.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with a grade D3/O6/H6 at Ordinary or Higher-Level Grades obtained in five subjects (including English and Maths). Leaving Certificate Applied does not qualify or 5+ years post Leaving Certificate experience.
  • APA / QFA Qualification desired but not essential.
