Account Managers will leverage customer insights to help clients build their business using Meta to drive success. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management or related areas such as sales, customer service, or experience in advertising agencies. The role of the account manager will be to establish, own, and manage an expanding portfolio of direct customers, focusing on driving revenue via account planning, product adoption, education, and customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires consultative sales skills, a focus on customer service, and thriving in a dynamic, data-driven, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This position is based at Meta's EMEA Headquarters in Dublin.

Account Manager, Turkey Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue and year-on-year growth.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio.
  • Identify growth opportunities and trends across the portfolio.
  • Effectively manage priorities and time to meet deadlines and administrative tasks.
  • Present key client issues to advocate for the customer within Meta.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in task prioritization and time management, even under high-pressure situations.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills with an iterative and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to articulate complex data stories simply to customers via daily communications and presentations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer management experience.
  • Teamwork skills in an international environment with a passion for making an impact.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer sales, account management, sales support, agency account management, or consulting.
