The Reserve at Killashee is nestled in 4.5 acres of mature gardens, yet just a stone's throw away from the enchanting splendour of Killashee.

This ultra-luxurious nine-bedroom country residence is perfect for guests seeking an elevated experience and offers the utmost privacy, comfort, and refinement.

Featuring: Nine luxurious double bedrooms with en­suite and beautiful views of the Kildare countryside, a dining room with private bar facilities, a living room with an electric fireplace, a meeting room with a smart TV, a large patio with BBQ area and outdoor furniture, a wellness area with gym, yoga desk, treatment pods, hot tub, sauna, and outdoor lounge area.

Key Requirements for the role:
  • Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Assistant or similar role in 4* or 5* property
  • Full clean Irish driving licence (applicant needs to be over 25 years of age, due to company insurance policy for driving a company car)
  • Experience with hotel management software (PMS)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation
Main Duties:
  • Provide exceptional guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay in The Reserve and the main hotel.
  • Ensure guests are properly greeted and welcomed upon their arrival.
  • Work closely with the House Manager on bookings for The Reserve and ensure everything is assigned and prepared as per guest requests prior to check-in and arrival date.
  • Coordinate arrival times, luggage collection, and storage on the day.
  • Coordinate logistic drop-off and pick-up times from and to the main hotel during guest stay.
  • Promptly address guests' requests.
  • Actively listen to guest requests on the day and pass any issues that arise to the House Manager.
  • Ensure all guests always receive personalized services.
  • Inform guests of our hotel services, including breakfast and dining options.
  • Promote all hotel amenities offered.

Liaise with the House Manager about accommodation and food and beverage offerings during the guest's stay to provide an overall comfortable guest experience.

  • Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop, and sightsee.
