Role Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle condition checks daily or weekly according to company policy (Drivers Manual).
  • Meet daily/weekly collection and delivery targets.
  • Maintain written and electronic records as required.
  • Assist in route optimization using GPS systems.
  • Keep assigned vehicles clean to standard.
  • Share information that could enhance customer service or increase business.
  • Communicate effectively with helpers and ensure their health and safety.
  • Participate in mandated training.
  • Perform other duties aligned with Panda & Beauparc objectives.
  • Observe and uphold Panda & Beauparc values.

General Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Over 25 years of age.
  • Full Clean Class C License.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Salary negotiable.
  • Flexible working in line with depot needs.
  • Assist in training new personnel as needed.
