What You'll Do:

  • Analyse current workflows and identify root problems and opportunities
  • Define future-state processes and support solution design
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape clear, actionable requirements
  • Support technical change, configuration, and in-life enablement
  • Contribute to business readiness, training, and launch planning
  • Assess cross-functional impacts and support delivery sequencing

What You'll Bring:

  • 5-10+ years' experience in business analysis within complex programmes
  • Expertise in gap analysis, process mapping, and solution shaping
  • Strong technical literacy and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience in telecoms, marketplaces, or e-commerce is a plus
  • Familiarity with BPMN, agile frameworks, and low-code platforms
