Job Opportunity: Remote Administrative Role in Not-for-Profit Sector

My client within the not-for-profit sector is seeking a highly motivated individual to join as an administrator on a fully remote basis.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Full Irish driving license and own transport
The Role: What You Will Be Doing

This is primarily a remote desk-based role based in Ireland, with occasional travel to exhibitions and team meetings within Ireland.

You will ideally have experience and skills in the following areas:

  • Supporting organisations to launch their fundraiser services, including preparing and processing documents such as customer details forms, launch forms, permit applications, promotional materials, slides, and inputs for new customer websites
  • Assisting customers with their daily requirements, queries, and reports
  • Managing administration and processes: documentation, records, data, trackers, reports, customer communications, and support
  • Managing customer records and documents on various systems
  • Updating customer data and generating reports
  • Preparing data, promotional materials, and managing activities for campaigns and events
  • Creating promotional materials and communication templates
  • Updating information on websites
