My client within the not-for-profit sector is seeking a highly motivated individual to join as an administrator on a fully remote basis.

- Excellent communication skills, including presentation, written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Positive attitude, creative problem solver with a flexible 'can-do' approach
- Ability to work independently and results-driven
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Full Irish driving license and own transport
This is primarily a remote desk-based role based in Ireland, with occasional travel to exhibitions and team meetings within Ireland.
You will ideally have experience and skills in the following areas:
- Supporting organisations to launch their fundraiser services, including preparing and processing documents such as customer details forms, launch forms, permit applications, promotional materials, slides, and inputs for new customer websites
- Assisting customers with their daily requirements, queries, and reports
- Managing administration and processes: documentation, records, data, trackers, reports, customer communications, and support
- Managing customer records and documents on various systems
- Updating customer data and generating reports
- Preparing data, promotional materials, and managing activities for campaigns and events
- Creating promotional materials and communication templates
- Updating information on websites
