
Surgical Sales Executive

On behalf of my client, a global medical devices company, we are seeking a driven and forward-thinking professional to join their dynamic Aesculap Team.
Role Overview: We are looking for a high-performing individual to join their surgical sales team to manage, develop and grow the orthopaedic implant & Power Tools Porrtfolio's within Ireland, specifically the Leinster area.
Responsibilities- Generating sales to achieve profitability/margins in line with delineated targets.
- Identify and maximise new sales opportunities with existing ad potential customers.
- Identify efficiencies for partners & areas of growth within the Orthopaedic Surgery market while distinguishing the AESCULAP brand from the competition.
- Proven capability to lead theatre/hospital capital projects, delivering value as a trusted systems partner.
- Enhance the existing model for orthopaedic Procedures & Power Tools across all disciplines.
- Identify new & foster existing partnerships within the public and private hospital settings in Ireland.
- Managing Key Projects
- Maintaining market and competitor analysis and providing regular feedback.
- Commercial Experience in this field preferable minimum of 2-3 years.
- Proven experience building customer relationships.
- Experience of the local healthcare sector
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Strong sense of urgency to respond to customer needs.
- An excellent communication with the ability to deal with customers effectively at all levels.
- Ability to coordinate and train other staff and customers.
- Resilient – able to deal with a challenging and fast paced environment.
- Excellent remuneration package.
