Job Title: Sales and Marketing Associate

Working hours: 39 hours a week


The candidate will plan, execute and optimise the online marketing efforts as well as develop, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the company's services. The ideal candidate will beand intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing and sales campaigns.



Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
  • Manage and execute marketing and sales campaigns across various channels, including email, sosearch engines, and display advertising.
  • Measure and report performance (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improveperformance.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing.
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferable.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Strong project management, analysing information and reporting skills.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
