Sales, Marketing & Business Executive

Leir Education, one of Ireland's leading foreign language companies in the Educational Travel Experience sector, seeks a proactive, Spanish-speaking candidate to join our team.

This role is central to our growth plans in Ireland and Spain, offering the opportunity for real career development for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business development with a focus on the Spanish and Irish Language Educational and Tourism markets
  • Sales, marketing, and administrative support
  • Building client relationships in Ireland and Spain
  • Working closely with the Managing Director

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent Spanish speaker (ideally native)
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken)
  • Based in County Kildare or able to commute to Newbridge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher)
  • Knowledge of Zoho Mail, Canva and CRM is an advantage
  • Friendly and professional communicator
  • Strong multitasking and time management
  • Creative, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable with phone outreach and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Additional Info:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Contracts: NDA, Employment & Non-Compete required
  • Probation Period: 6 months

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Desarrollo de negocio con enfoque en los mercados educativos y turísticos de España e Irlanda.
  • Apoyo en ventas, marketing y tareas administrativas.
  • Construcción y gestión de relaciones con clientes en Irlanda y España.
  • Colaboración directa con el Director General.

Perfil ideal:

  • Nivel nativo o fluido de español.
  • Buen nivel de inglés (oral y escrito).
  • Residir en el condado de Kildare o tener disponibilidad para desplazarse a Newbridge.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher).
  • Se valorará experiencia con Zoho Mail, Canva y CRM.
  • Comunicador/a amable y profesional.
  • Capacidad de multitarea y gestión del tiempo.
  • Persona creativa, autónoma y orientada a la solución de problemas.
  • Comodidad con llamadas telefónicas y gestión de redes sociales (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

  • Horario: de lunes a viernes.
  • Contratos requeridos: NDA, Contrato laboral y de No Competencia.
  • Período de prueba: 6 meses.
