Marketing Executive

Location: Dublin (on-site)

Salary: €DOE – Competitive and dependent on experience

Our client, a highly regarded doctor-led clinic group renowned for its premium aesthetic and wellness treatments, is seeking a Marketing Executive to support and execute the company's multi-channel marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, growing business with an excellent reputation and an ambitious, supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, in-clinic, print, and social media platforms.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, email newsletters, blogs, and the company website.
  • Social Media Management: Support the day-to-day management of all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking performance.
  • Website & E-Commerce Support: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to update product listings, banners, and landing pages in line with marketing promotions.
  • Email Marketing: Build and send regular newsletters, promotions, and automated campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics such as engagement, traffic, and ROI.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and promotion of in-clinic events, launches, and influencer or partner collaborations.
  • General Marketing Support: Assist with day-to-day marketing admin, including promotional stock orders, competitor research, and campaign planning.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a marketing, social media, or content creation role (experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness sector is a bonus).
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, with an eye for brand consistency and detail.
  • Confident using social media platforms professionally (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and familiar with scheduling tools.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is desirable.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
  • Highly organised, creative, and proactive, with a positive, collaborative approach.
