Responsibilities

As a HVAC Service Sales Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our service and maintenance contract base across Munster. You'll work directly with end users and facilities management teams to offer tailored HVAC solutions that deliver long-term value. You'll also have access to innovative products that set JCI/Airflow Services apart in the market.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Identifying and securing new service and maintenance contracts
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Developing and executing a regional growth strategy
  • Promoting JCI/Airflow's full range of HVAC services and solutions
Qualifications
  • Experienced in HVAC – ideally with a background as an engineer, technician, or in HVAC service delivery
  • Customer-focused – able to understand client needs and match them with the right solutions
  • Sales-savvy – while prior sales experience is a plus, it's not essential
  • A strong communicator – confident in presenting solutions and building trust
  • Driven and independent – capable of managing your own territory and growing your portfolio
