Job Title: Site Manager

Department: Installations

Location: Head Office, Dublin 12

Reporting to: Contracts Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Able to step in and operate tools when needed or oversee multiple tasks and team in a supervisory capacity
  • Managing all shopfitting activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
  • Coordinating with the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
  • Ordering/booking in materials for each phase of the project
  • Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to project manager
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Preparing and maintaining site documentation, including progress reports and records
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the process
  • Maintaining quality control checks
  • Motivating the workforce
Requirements / Person Specification
  • Qualifications: A technical/construction or honours degree is an advantage but not essential
  • Safe Pass & Manual Handling required
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Previous Site management experience essential
  • A minimum 3-year joinery/Shop fit experience is required
  • Must have a good working knowledge of installations
  • Knowledge of building, construction and retail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be PC literate - Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project etc.
  • Flexible and can adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills
  • Good initiative and logical thinking skills
  • Be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and to travel across the Island of Ireland (both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland) as well as the UK as required
  • A full clean driver's licence which will enable you to fulfil your responsibilities
