We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive in Galway.

Our client, specializing in engineering and construction, leads innovative marketing strategies and drives brand growth. You will join the Marketing Team and acquire valuable experience in a dynamic organization that develops leading projects. You will also be responsible for digital analytics, website/SEO, PR/advertising, and copywriting, among other tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the digital strategy.
  2. Create high-quality content for social platforms, website, and intranet.
  3. Manage the social content calendar for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  4. Execute campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook.
  5. Produce editorial content and collaborate with graphic designers.
  6. Coordinate with external agencies and oversee video content creation.
  7. Conduct social media audits, track engagement, and prepare analytics reports.
  8. Manage the website, perform SEO, and optimize user experience.
  9. Identify creative brand promotion opportunities and develop internal communications.
  10. Support market research, report writing, and event organization.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, journalism, or a related discipline.
  2. Understanding of social media platforms and best practices from a brand/construction industry perspective (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  3. Strong digital skills across various platforms, including content creation, digital analytics, and providing insights and recommendations.
  4. Proven track record in digital strategy development and implementation.
  5. Proficiency with Adobe Design Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, social content management systems (Hootsuite), AI marketing tools,
