Job Specification:

Position: Online Sales Assistant Location: Dundalk Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

About the Role: Toolfix Dundalk is looking for a highly organised and computer-savvy Online Sales Assistant to join our busy team. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Work on the backend of our website to manage products and process orders
  • · Generate and print invoices, delivery labels, and pick lists using Excel
  • · Pick and prepare products for dispatch
  • · Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
  • · Communicate effectively with internal teams via Outlook and other Microsoft programs
  • · Maintain excellent attention to detail at all times

Requirements:

  • · Strong computer skills essential (Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • · Experience working on website backends (preferred but not essential – training
  • provided)
  • · Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • · Previous experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or administrative roles an advantage

Additional Information:

  • · This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dundalk
  • · Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (no weekend work)
