Our client is a leading digital and print publication in Ireland and they are seeking to hire an additional resource to their team in the capacity of Online Client Solutions Manager
Role Overview
As Online Client Solutions Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of digital advertising and branded content campaigns.
This client-facing role blends creativity, data insights, and project management, collaborating with sales, editorial, marketing, and design teams to create impactful commercial solutions.
You'll also help mentor the team in digital solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
Develop tailored online advertising strategies for clients across various sectors.
Support sales teams with pitches, proposals, and post-campaign analysis.
Act as the main point of contact for clients during campaign execution.
Collaborate with editorial and production teams to ensure content quality.
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated on digital trends and ad formats.
Drive revenue growth through client satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide training and knowledge sharing for the team.
Key Requirements
3+ years in digital advertising, content marketing, or media services.
Proven experience managing successful online campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and ad metrics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative, commercially aware, and strong in project management.
Experience in media or creative agencies is a plus.
Knowledge of the Irish media landscape is preferred.
Desirable Experience
Familiarity with content sponsorship, podcasts, or native content.
Understanding of audience segmentation, SEO, and engagement.
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Personal interest in current affairs, business, or education.
