We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef Manager for a Healthcare unit in Blarney, Co. Cork, working five over seven days, daytime hours, 40 hours a week. Garda Vetting is a requirement for employment.

Responsibilities
  • To prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
  • To supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.
  • To work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.
  • To compile menu cycles on a monthly basis.
  • To operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Must have Garda Vetting (background check) as a requirement for employment.
  • Must have own transport.
