Are you looking for a better work life balance? We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef Manager. This is a Monday - Friday role with daytime hours.

Responsibilities
  • To prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
  • To supervise and direct kitchen and service staff as required.
  • To work and order products within agreed budgets as set out by the company.
  • To compile menu cycles on a monthly basis.
  • To operate the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures in line with legal requirements.
  • To be responsible for the cash and accounting and payroll systems on the site.
