An exciting opportunity has become available for a Clinic Manager to join our prestigious Newbridge clinic. You will join a world-class team delivering a range of eye care services such as laser eye surgery and cataract surgery consultations.

• Responsible for the operational efficiency of the clinic; develop your team to deliver on challenging but attainable sales targets, including Laser Eye Surgery, IOL procedures, glasses and contact lenses sales.
  
• Promote the benefits of laser eye surgery, IOL, contacts and glasses with passion and high product knowledge.
  
• Ensure high levels of professionalism, customer care, product knowledge and selling skills to meet customer needs and company standards.
  
• Minimise customer complaints through improved service, resolve complaints quickly and professionally, and retain customer loyalty.
  
• Maintain a presentable clinic and uphold the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness to promote a professional image.
  
• Recruit, induct, coach and support the team to ensure staff meet knowledge and competence standards.
  
• Promote teamwork between professional, clinical and retail teams.
  
• Be responsible for all Health and Safety aspects for the Clinic and its employees, ensuring guidelines and legal requirements are upheld.
  
• Maximise conversion opportunities with patients for premier treatments and optical products.
  
• Ensure the Clinic team advises potential patients on the most suitable solutions for their needs.
  

• Experience as a Retail or Clinic Manager
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Adaptable with a flexible approach to work
  
• Articulate and well-presented with meticulous attention to detail
  
• Good experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  
• Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
  
• Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity and discretion
  
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and well presented
  
• Proven track record of developing a team through performance management
  
• Optical experience
