Job Overview

The role of a Patient Advisor at an optical express clinic plays a vital part in delivering exceptional patient care and support throughout their treatment journey.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, establishing strong relationships through regular communication prior to and following their treatment.

As a key member of the team, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport with patients and maintaining effective communication before and after their treatment
  • Providing assistance during patient consultations and practice visits
  • Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to perform diagnostic scans as part of a comprehensive health check
  • Supporting patients in completing health and lifestyle questionnaires
  • Familiarizing patients with their optometrist
  • Scheduling treatment appointments for vision correction surgery
  • Offering guidance on traditional vision correction solutions, including glasses and contact lenses
  • Exploring finance options with patients
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
