We are seeking a HR Assistant to join our client's high-performing team, playing a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience. This role is more than just administration—it's an opportunity to take ownership of HR processes, lead projects, and build a pathway toward business partnering.

Role Overview:

  • Acting as a key HR contact, supporting employees with queries and HR-related processes.
  • Managing HR systems, ensuring employee data is updated and accurate.
  • Coordinating all leave processes, including annual, family, and sick leave.
  • Supporting the payroll process by managing starters, leavers, benefits, and deductions.
  • Leading on HR reporting, creating dashboards and insights for the business.
  • Administering employee benefits such as Travel Pass and Cycle to Work schemes.
  • Managing compliance and regulatory requirements, including professional certification renewals.
  • Driving efficiency in HR processes and contributing to new initiatives.
  • Playing an active role in HR projects, from employee experience to process improvements.

What You'll Need:

  • A degree in HR or a related field.
  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar HR role (ideally in professional services).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HR systems (CoreHR is an advantage).
