We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Chef de Partie to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Catering.

What you'll do:

• To ensure that the preparation, presentation and services are carried out promptly and to the agreed company standards and to promote a friendly and helpful atmosphere
• To provide excellent customer service across all Catering services on site
• To work in all locations and service areas on site where catering is served
• To maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness in accordance with the company and client policies and statutory requirements
• To present food in line with company policy ensuring its customer appeal at all times
• To assist in stocktakes as requested by Site Catering Manager / Site Head Chef
• To prepare and assist in any special functions, which may sometimes be outside normal working hours

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
