Nugent Workwear + Safety is a family-run business based in Dublin, supplying the highest quality workwear and corporate wear to both the private and public sectors. Established in 1996, we have grown steadily over the years into an industry leader in Ireland. Due to continued expansion, we are now seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is eager to contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing and previous customers to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while optimizing sales potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date customer account records.
  • Prepare and issue customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Support the sales team and management with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate sales and customer service records.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide support and cover for team members when needed.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, telesales, or inside sales, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to sales and customer service.
