Overview

Applications Specialist - Ultrasound – Republic of Ireland (ideally Dublin/Leinster, but open to Munster or Connacht). Market-leading medical technology company with an exciting clinical client-facing role and option for part-time (3 days per week) or full-time work.

The company is a global leader in medical technology, renowned for imaging and diagnostic solutions. They are expanding in the Irish healthcare market and seek an Applications Specialist to support their ultrasound portfolio nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support for the ultrasound product range across Ireland.
  • Demonstrate products and train clinicians and end users.
  • Attend tradeshows and deliver hands-on application support.
  • Work closely with hospitals and clinical staff to ensure effective use of systems.
  • Support the sales team with product expertise during the sales process.
  • Spend the majority of time on-site with customers in hospitals to ensure excellent client support and product adoption.
Qualifications
  • Background as a qualified Sonographer or Radiologist (essential).
  • Minimum of 1+ years post-qualification with hands-on ultrasound/imaging experience in clinical settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and support clients.
  • Full driver's licence and willingness to travel (this is not an office or WFH role).
  • Previous experience in applications or product support is desirable but not essential.
Package
  • Base Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 DOE (depends on part-time vs full-time and experience).
  • 10% Bonus

Location

Republic of Ireland – ideally based in Dublin/Leinster, but open to candidates in Munster or Connacht who can travel regularly.
