This Job will never be boring .... as you will be:

• Working across the many and varied garden maintenance and landscape construction divisions, predominantly in the greater South Dublin regions.
• Working alongside a maintenance manager and/or construction foreman.
• Assigned a set amount of responsibility and a duty of care towards gardens, plants, tools, machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
• Expected to participate in group discussions, toolbox talks, and provide constructive feedback.

Job requirements

• Some plant knowledge beneficial but not essential.
• A Full driving licence is an advantage or if you have applied for it and preferably over 25 for insurance purposes.
• A decent command of English and able to liaise with clients.
• Ability to use all garden machinery (hedge trimmers, strimmers, etc.).
• Must be well presented, organised, tidy, punctual, and have good time management skills.
• Flexible and willing to work in multiple roles for the company.
• A keen interest in the horticultural industry is always encouraging.
• Experience working in a team and fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.
• Must be diligent, reliable, and capable of working on one's own initiative as well as following basic instruction from supervisors.
• Onsite training across a variety of projects.
• No two days are the same.
