The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on COO/Ops leader who can turn strategy into disciplined, fast execution across every operational function. You'll build a high-performance, AI-enabled culture, coach the leadership bench, and drive us to our ARR ambitions by June 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Align & Execute – Translate company strategy into quarterly OKRs or equiv, hold leaders accountable, remove blockers and keep the whole org shipping and selling with urgency.

  • Scale Revenue – Own GTM performance: triple direct ARR, expand channel/fintech partnerships, instil RevOps hygiene (≥ 6× pipeline coverage, stages never stale).

  • Ship Product – Ensure on-time delivery of our AI Opportunities Engine and new data-source integrations; maintain ≥ 85 % sprint velocity.

  • Build Culture – Foster an ambitious, curious, can-do environment; champion continuous learning and practical use of AI across teams.

  • Own the P&L – Manage budgets, optimise burn multiple, safeguard compliance and security across US/EU markets.

What Makes You a Fit

  • 10+ yrs senior leadership in B2B SaaS start-ups / scale-ups, with proof you've grown revenue from < €5 M to > €20 M ARR.

  • Comfortable leading all ops functions in distributed teams; thrive in ambiguity and move from plan to action fast.

  • Track record of introducing AI / automation to boost productivity.

  • High EQ, low ego: you set clear targets, coach hard, celebrate wins, and never shy from rolling up your sleeves.

  • Deal-breakers for you: command-and-control cultures, analysis-paralysis, "we can't" mindsets.
