Client: Renowned Developer

Our Client is a developer that focuses on placemaking across Planning, Design, Construction and Landscaping. They have a significant pipeline of work in the Irish market and offer the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects in Ireland.

The Role

As a Design Coordinator, you will contribute to the pre-construction design phase, taking responsibility for planning, coordination and review of engineering work within the project, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.

You will coordinate key stakeholder approvals through each project stage, ensure compliance with Technical Design Department processes, and verify that drawings and specifications meet project requirements.

Required Background
  • Degree in Architecture/Construction Mgmt/Engineering or similar
  • 2+ years professional experience
  • Residential Architectural experience
  • Experience with Irish Building Regulations
  • Track-record in the Irish market
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Pragmatic, problem-solving approach to obstacles
