About the Role:

We're looking for aRegional Franchise Managerwho brings energy, credibility and confidence to every conversation. This role is all about supporting our franchisees to run high-performing stores — and holding the line on what good looks like — ensuring they deliver consistently great food, service, and customer experience.

You'll be a natural communicator and relationship-builder, someone who knows how to lead with empathy while keeping expectations clear. You'll be hands-on, commercially sharp, and operationally focused — able to spot what's working, challenge what's not, and guide stores toward real improvement.

From food safety and service standards to system adoption and day-to-day team support, you'll ensure our franchisees deliver a customer experience that's consistently best-in-class. That means being visible, available, and on the road most days — this is not a desk job.

You'll also be part of a collaborative, close-knit leadership team that's building the next phase of Four Star Pizza. We're ambitious, supportive, and serious about raising the bar across the board — and we're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact from day one.

What you'll do:

  • Support franchisees in improving operational performance, identifying challenges, and delivering real, measurable improvements
  • Lead regular store visits and audits, coaching teams to meet and exceed brand standards in food safety, service, and store presentation
  • Train and guide stores through new system rollouts, product launches, and operational changes
  • Be the bridge between store teams and head office — ensuring clear communication and a collaborative approach
  • Contribute to the wider business by sharing insights from the field, helping us improve how we operate across the network
  • Work closely with our Operations, Marketing, and Training teams to deliver tailored support that drives long-term success

What You'll Bring

  • 5 plus years of proven experience in multi-site operations within QSR, hospitality, or retail — ideally in a franchise environment
  • A solid understanding of food safety, compliance and operational standards (HACCP knowledge is a must)
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse performance and drive results
  • Great communication and influencing skills — you know how to build trust while holding people accountable
  • The confidence to work with multiple stakeholders and manage relationships at all levels
  • A practical, hands-on approach — you're as comfortable on the shop floor as you are in a strategy meeting
  • Comfort with technology and systems, from POS platforms to reporting tools
  • Flexibility to travel regularly and a full clean driving licence
