Job Title: Franchise Governance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Franchise Governance Specialist to lead our regional franchise operations.

  • Develop and implement effective governance strategies to mitigate risk and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bottling partners to ensure seamless execution of joint business plans (JBPs) and annual operating plans (AOPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes that support franchise capabilities and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Capability Development

Lead the development and implementation of franchise capability initiatives to drive business growth and improve performance.

  • Design and deliver training programs to upskill and reskill franchise staff.
  • Implement knowledge management systems to capture and share best practices across the region.
Governance and Risk Management

Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to manage risk and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Design and implement controls to mitigate risks associated with concentrate model.
  • Develop and maintain governance calendars to ensure timely completion of renewals and other critical activities.
Bottler Engagement and Relationship Building

Foster strong relationships with bottling partners to drive business growth and improve performance.

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to build trust and credibility with bottlers.
  • Collaborate with bottlers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a franchise or similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective governance strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
