Mater Private Network is seeking a Part-time Day Hospital Administrator to join our team at Cherrywood Day Hospital.

What you'll do:
  1. Manage patient registration and appointments.
  2. Liaise with clinical teams and handle patient queries.
  3. Perform general administrative duties, including electronic record management.
  4. Ensure smooth clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures.
What you'll bring:
  1. Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  2. Excellent IT skills (MS Office proficiency) and adaptability to new systems.
  3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-tasking team.
  5. A professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
