Field Sales Executives - Represent Ireland's Leading Broadband Provider

Are you motivated, energetic, and looking to build a rewarding career in sales?

We're expanding our field sales team and are hiring ambitious Field Sales Executives to represent Ireland's leading broadband provider.

This is a full-time, face-to-face residential sales role with a strong base salary, excellent commission potential, and all the tools you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engaging with households across to promote high-speed broadband and bundle packages
  • Clearly presenting pricing, service benefits, and switching options
  • Using digital tools to sign customers up quickly and efficiently - no paperwork
  • Working within a dynamic, target-driven sales team
  • Representing the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge

What We Offer
  • Base salary: €30,000-€32,000
  • Realistic OTE: €50,000+
  • Uncapped commission - the more you sell, the more you earn
  • Company vehicle or car allowance
  • Tablet and mobile phone provided
  • Full paid training - no experience necessary

  • 22 days annual leave + 10 bank holidays
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (11am-8pm)

Work independently while being fully supported by your team and manager

Your profile

What You'll Need
  • A confident, friendly personality - you enjoy talking with people
  • A strong work ethic and motivation to earn beyond your base salary
  • Resilience and a positive attitude - not every door leads to a yes
  • A valid manual license to drive in Ireland (or international licence with your own vehicle for car allowance)
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 11am-8pm
