Your mission

Main purpose of role: maintaining and generating new distribution and volume by creating and leveraging relationships with regional accounts.

Full Clean Valid Driving Licence Is Required

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Completion of predetermined quantity of outlet visits per week aligned to client KPIs.
  • Achieve a predetermined minimum quantity of visit New Distribution Points aligned to client KPIs.
  • Negotiation and maintenance increase distribution of new and existing products aligned to the client KPIs.
  • Contribute to activities that generate return on investment.

Compliance

  • Defend share of space by ensuring key SKUs are available with correct pricing.
  • Ensure maximum outlet awareness of all products and launches via POS, national, and local activity.

Data Recording & Reporting

  • Record response data accurately via the data recording tool.
  • Provide weekly updates with details and pictures to promote activity.
  • Report issues for resolution and ensure timely data entry.
  • Update CRM, remove closed sites, and cleanse data.
  • Provide feedback on supply, pricing, or product availability.
  • Complete weekly feedback as requested.

Channel Insight

  • Provide market intelligence and competitor activity feedback.
  • Stay informed on trends and news in your channel.

Your profile

Person Specification

  • Good communication, rapport building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to interpret sales data.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, proactive.
  • IT literate.
  • Experience in retail, food service, FMCG sales desirable but not essential.
  • Full clean valid driving license required.
