4 C Executive Placement is working with a fast growing, acquisitive PE backed organisation who is seeking a senior financial leader for their operation in Northern Ireland.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Controller will lead an end-to-end financial integration process of a newly acquired business; conducting an in-depth review to understand the financial systems, processes, commercial and cost models in order to implement new systems, process, structures and reporting, aligned to organisational protocols.

The Senior Financial Controller will drive synergies, asset optimisation and overall profitability of the newly acquired business.

The Senior Financial Controller will be an experienced and credible (fully) qualified accountant, with the ability to build confidence and gain the buy in of key stakeholders during a time of change.

The individual will have experience of leading a finance function and working across both the SME and corporate landscapes.

In addition, the successful candidate will have the following experience: Proven senior finance leadership experience in multi-site production environment, with a strong working capital, cash flow, and cost control expertise.

Evidence of leading change across the finance function, driving process improvement, system alignment, reporting and structural change.

Evidence of building and leading a finance function through change, building capability and competence.

Whilst not essential, experience of successfully leading the financial integration of an acquisition is desirable.
