Dublin, Dublin City, Ireland Bidvest Noonan Full time

Bidvest Noonan is a leading provider of Facilities Management services, employing over 27,000 people across Ireland and the UK. With nearly 50 years of experience, we deliver cleaning, grounds maintenance, security, and technical services—offered as standalone, bundled, or fully integrated solutions tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

We've set out an ambitious five-year strategy to realise our vision of becoming the best FM business. This strategy is built on four core pillars: Customer, Simplicity, Growth, and People. A key priority within the Simplicity pillar is transforming the core technologies that support our people and customer processes. This ambitious transformation programme is focused on implementing best-in-class digital solutions that simplify how our colleagues and managers work—enhancing efficiency, consistency, and overall experience.

Role Overview

As a Change Manager, you will develop change journeys that are strategic, human centred and creatively executed, whether it's rolling out new technology, restructuring teams, or shifting company culture. You will work across business functions, to ensure to ensure changes are embraced, with a smooth adoption, minimal disruption and maximum engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design change experiences—develop change strategies that spark curiosity, reduce resistance, and drive meaningful adoption
  • Put people at the heart—understand how changes will affect individuals and teams, and shape personalised pathways to guide them through it
  • Bring clarity to complexity—translate bold ideas into clear, compelling messages through creative communications that energise and engage
  • Coach and champion—equip leaders and managers to be confident change advocates, ready to lead with empathy and influence
  • Make learning feel inspiring—collaborate with experts to design engaging, interactive training that builds capability and confidence
  • Create buzz, not just buy-in—lead campaigns that generate excitement around new ways of working and bring our purpose and strategy to life
  • Build momentum and measure impact—track how change is landing through adoption data, pulse feedback, and real-world stories
  • Turn roadblocks into results—spot resistance early, listen deeply, and adapt with smart, people-first solutions
  • Lead with creativity and purpose—mobilise change champions across the business who bring energy, relevance, and authenticity to every initiative

Skills & Experience required

  • Extensive in leading change, transformation, or organisational development—ideally in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Deep understanding of the human side of change and how to influence mindsets, not just behaviours
  • Certification in recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP) is preferred

What You'll Bring

  • A creative mindset—able to craft innovative change journeys that engage hearts and minds
  • A storyteller's instinct—translating complex strategies into compelling narratives that inspire belief and action
  • The ability to work at pace, with agility and optimism in navigating ambiguity
  • Strong coaching and stakeholder influencing skills, from the front line to the C-suite
  • Comfort with data—able to use insight to adapt, measure progress, and tell a meaningful story of impact
  • Practical knowledge of change frameworks, tools, and digital platforms
  • Experience building and leading networks of change champions
  • A passion for people, progress, and making change feel exciting rather than exhausting

Technical Skills

  • Designing creative and engaging change strategies, to create clarity and excitement amongst key stakeholders.
  • Mobilising and managing change champions to support with embedding change strategies.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a knack for problem-solving
  • Identifies potential obstacles and develops mitigation strategies
  • Uses analytics to guide strategy and measure impact
  • Supports individuals through change and builds internal capability
  • Adopts change tools to ensure smooth adoption

Soft Skills

  • Emotional Intelligence to help navigate resistance, build trust, and respond empathetically
  • Communication to ensure clarity, transparency and stakeholder alignment
  • Adaptability to enable quick pivots when plans shift or challenges arise
  • Empathy to build rapport and fosters a supportive environment during transitions
  • Conflict Resolution to help address disagreements and maintain team cohesion
  • Influence and Persuasion to encourage buy-in from stakeholders without relying on authority
  • Facilitates cross-functional cooperation and shared ownership
