Duggan Brothers (Construction) Ltd. is one of Ireland's leading construction companies, with a proud history of delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of sectors. We are now seeking Junior Site Engineers to join our teams on a 6-month fixed term basis.

These positions will provide an excellent opportunity for ambitious graduates or early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience on large-scale projects within the Dublin area. We have multiple roles available across different site locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the site engineering team with setting out and surveying.
  • Supporting quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Recording site activities and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Assisting with health & safety compliance and environmental procedures.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Supporting senior engineers and site management in day-to-day project delivery.

Key Requirements

  • A relevant engineering or construction-related degree
  • Strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Dublin area.
