MISSION

As a Team Leader for Parfums Christian Dior, you are a brand ambassador and responsible for driving sales by achieving your personal sales target and leading your team to achieve their sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Parfums Christian Dior at all times.

Reports to: Business Manager / Beauty Department Manager

Internal: Counter Team, Area Managers, Retail Managers, RMAs
External: Parfums Christian Dior clients, Department Store Colleagues, Department Store Managers, Department Store HR Departments

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To be an expert on fragrance, makeup and skincare to deliver set sales targets.
  • To provide advice and guidance for other Team Members to develop their own product knowledge and confidence.
  • To pro-actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
  • To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, both personally and leading your team to achieve theirs.
  • To personally pro-actively link sell across product divisions, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU) and lead your team to do the same.
SERVICE
  • To be an expert on all Parfums Christian Dior products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections.
  • To initiate contact with customers and welcome them through engagement.
  • To identify, understand and reformulate the client needs.
  • To develop personal relationships with clients and to gain loyalty.
  • To educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
  • Lead and inspire your team to excel in all areas of client service.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
  • To support Account/Business Manager in leading the team ensuring that they reflect the brand through their appearance and behaviour at all times.
  • To support the Account/Business Manager in the day to day running of the counter, ensuring that it is merchandised and presented in line with brand guidelines and expectations at all times.
  • To actively develop the team through regular coaching, feedback and leading by example.
GENERAL
  • To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the House of Dior management team and ensure that there are sufficient levels.
  • To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
  • To be a Parfums Christian Dior brand ambassador and representative at all times.
  • To adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • To build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
  • To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

  • Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the elegance and luxury that customers have come to identify with Parfums Christian Dior.
  • Experienced in leading a small team within a luxury environment.
