  • Support and motivate the kitchen team while exemplifying excellence in food production and presentation.

  • Work alongside the Head Chef to achieve profitability targets and meet budgetary expectations.
  • Cultivate excellent relationships with the restaurant management team and other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef in 4-star or higher hotel kitchens or upscale restaurants.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to enhance guest satisfaction and manage a high-performing team.
Skills Required:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team-oriented with robust problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a dedication to quality.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
