Starting Salary: €14.00 per hour. You will be the welcoming host for our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience in our retail shops. Your role will be to engage warmly with every visitor, providing best-in-class service and promoting our online and retail products and services. Even if you have never worked in the betting industry before, full training will be provided, and your attitude is what counts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers to place bets through various channels, such as betting terminals, telephone services, and in-shop transactions
  • Maintain excellent shop presentation standards to create an inviting atmosphere
  • Step up and guide operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager to ensure smooth shop functioning
  • Adapt to different situations while staying customer-focused
  • Fulfill social responsibility duties by adhering to established guidelines and regulations
