Key Role in Our Retail Team

You are a proactive and motivated individual passionate about delivering outstanding results. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided—your attitude is what matters If this sounds like you, read on to learn more.

As a key member of our retail team, you will be the welcoming host for our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience in our shops. Your role will involve engaging warmly with every visitor, providing excellent service, and creating a friendly atmosphere. You will promote our products and services, ensuring each customer enjoys their time with us.

How You Will Succeed

We seek individuals who will exceed customer expectations, build effective relationships, and create a positive environment that customers love. Your responsibilities will include hosting customers, cross-selling products, answering queries, and informing customers about promotions.

Additional duties include:

  • Assisting customers with placing bets via terminals, phone, and in-shop transactions
  • Maintaining high shop presentation standards
  • Supporting Shop and Deputy Managers when needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Adapting to various situations while remaining customer-focused
  • Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to guidelines and regulations
