About the Role
As a Bar Manager, you will oversee the bar operations of one of NolaClan's iconic venues. Your role is to lead your team, create innovative beverage experiences, and maintain the high standards NolaClan is known for.
Responsibilities- Manage daily bar operations and ensure the highest standards of service.
- Train and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Develop creative and seasonal cocktail menus, collaborating with the marketing team on promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in bar management or a similar role.
- Expertise in cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for creating innovative and memorable beverage experiences.
