As Senior Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering them information, answering their queries, and assisting with bookings in a warm, friendly, and courteous manner.

Overview Of The Role

  1. Working schedule is from Monday - Sunday along with a variety of shifts available; however, due to the nature of our business, flexibility is required.
  2. Answering all reservation enquiries via telephone, online, and third-party websites.
  3. Achieving the best possible room rate and ensuring that budgets are adhered to and sales targets are met.
  4. Handling all guest queries in a helpful and timely manner.
  5. Updating the reservation system daily.
  6. Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  7. Working with Senior Management/Sales Team in maximizing Revenue by practicing strong yield management.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Have high literacy in computer skills; previous experience using Opera Cloud would be an advantage.
  2. Possess excellent communication skills and be highly organized.
  3. Must be a fluent English speaker.
  4. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service and/or hotel industry.
