Reports to: Managing Director & Chairman

This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious Sales & Accounts Manager with Packaging Manufacturing Sales experience to join a leading designer and producer of robotic & packaging solutions, which supplies high-performance robotic automations to Pharma, Life Science & Food markets across an increasingly growing international customer base. About You For The Role
  • Experience and good knowledge of robotic & packaging solutions sales
  • Experience nurturing an existing pipeline of clients and a new pipeline through inbound leads
  • The ability to analyse and use data to inform and make decisions
  • A keen interest in robotic & packaging solutions
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Sales & Accounts Manager Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales activities from initial enquiry to contract negotiation to Pharma, food & confectionery clients, for single machines & full lines.
  • Drive sales process including cold and hot call & emails. Targeting 20 new customers per month.
  • Develop & manage the sales catalogue, driving sales of standardized machines
  • Drive scaling of customers from one site or machine to multiple sales
  • Track and benchmark competitors for new products & pricing.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for customers and ensure commerciality.
  • Map out & maximize user experience on lines & machines
  • Lead the pricing activities at the firm supported by the operations, finance & CTO. Developing value add pricing strategies and testing pricing assumptions & input
  • Work to get "Buy in" from key stakeholders on pricing and design concept.
  • Work closely with the design team, CEO, CTO and procurement to make sure the quotations and designs include all the correct information and costs.
  • Work closely with internal teams on the development of marketing materials and case studies to demonstrate and effectively communicate the company's value prop, technical capabilities, and product portfolio.
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions, includes speaking about the company's products and services.
  • Support the sales pipeline and lead tracking process to report on key KPIs related to the lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Managing the CRM & sales pipeline so kept updated
  • Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service;
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospective needs and generating product development ideas.
  • Support business during FAT, SAT and installation to manage customer

Requirements For The Role
  • 3rd Level Degree Qualification or similar qualification
  • Travel required for the role both in Ireland and in Europe to client and prospective client sites.
  • Full drivers license
