TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit multiple Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer to join their fast-paced team in Westport and Castlebar immediately.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Full-time and Part-Time temporary positions available
Month to month rolling temporary contract
Rate of pay €16.32 to €25.71 p/h depending on previous verified relevant public experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support in the department.
  2. Manage reception duties, including handling phone calls, greeting patients, and managing appointments.
  3. Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
  4. Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
  5. Schedule appointments.
  6. Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  7. Complete invoices.
  8. Experience in IFMS finance system extremely beneficial.
  9. Handle inquiries and provide information.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  2. Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
